You need to flash the PA settings zip on the first page if you haven't.

Yam I be flashed that rebooted but nothing for it in settings, only aokp. Ill reflash it again.

Okay then, this is not ideal but in ROM Control --> Nav Bar you should be able to create a swipe up target for it.
