Thanks. It's just UCCW made with fonts from zooper widget.

zooper took about 100 mb of memory.

Probably included in the 'stock Nexus 4 look', it's just the icon.

I've actually been thinking of replacing the Opera icon on mine with a Chrome one. It looks nice.
