There are V6supercharger, autokiller memory optimization, ram manager, but for my opinion these not very useful. Anyone has tried the app Pimp My Rom? There are many many options and maybe could be useful!!

try creating a swap file with swapper (from market)

Flash on my CM7.2, but it cause more lagging than ever... Luckily the developer make the LOAD/UNLOAD process very easy... if you don't like it just disable or uninstall it.
