U must be able to boot in with English as your default language. And yes, u might need to sign-in ur zip package before flashing! Build.prop can be found in system folder of ur downloaded zip file! Fahad if he cant find the language setting after booting into the Rom , Then i think its impossible for him to find the build.prop and editing it :/ Dont you think so ??
