How to customise this rom?
I`d like to remove as much chinese signs and apps?
What`s safe to remove?

unpack the zip,and in system/app you can remove any app you want and also you can put any app.Then zip the files again and flash

is the voice unlock any good, and can it be extracted to use on other roms?

It`s pretty funny - you touch the screen and say the magic word, (better if previous recording is done in silence) and phone replys with a message: Hello, Dear Master!

I got this Gaijyn`s modified zip few posts above and pushed it through cwm.
Crossed my fingers and in the end got this:

random offset 0x1ae (this is OK I guess)

And then, while rebooting:

"rom may flash stock recovery on boot" Fix?

I guessed that this would bring up chinese cwm if I say no, so I choosed "Yes"

Everything went fine, so thats it.
