How to get g300 to stock rom ?

Ive been vondering how can i install stock ICS again on g300 ?
i upgraded from latest stock ICS to custom cm9.1 and i now want to sell phone but my customer wants stock phone XD and i dunno how to do it exactly.
Do i need just to download stock ics rom and flash it like i did with custom rom or something else ?

install a repack of the b952 for example through cwm
