JellyBeer Blade v3.55

Rom is based on Android 4.2.1 CM10.1

Use at your own risk, I'm not responsible for any data loss,etc etc, always TAKE A FULL BACKUP before trying out a new ROM!! This is an experimental build - actually, it's a pre-alpha!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

MINIMUM PARTITION: 160Mb

Download ROM, GAPPS (GAPPS 4.2.1 !!!) on your SDCARD

Boot into Recovery, Clockwork.

Optionally, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: BACKUP YOUR CURRENT

ROMWipe Data/Factory Reset (Mandatory if you're coming from any other ROM!)

Wipe CacheMounts/Storage > Format System (Mandatory if you're coming from any other ROM!)

Advanced > Wipe Dalvik Cache

Install from zip > Select downloaded ROM

Install from zip > Select downloaded GAPPS

Reboot (might take a while,pls be patient!)

KNOWN ISSUES: No FM Radio, No Hardware vsync. Not advisable to set Launchers DPI less than 220 - undesirable layout may occur, same applies to YouTube - advisable to leave DPI setting to 240 otherwise you won't be able to play any clips.

not the same as Paranoid, although JellyBeer has the ability to change DPI per app, you can't change the User Interface layout  for each app as opposed to PA. Officially this rom has an option to switch amongst Phone/Phablet & Tablet, but I removed that feature on this one since in order to switch to different UIs there's an extra effort involved, so at this stage we're better off with just PhoneUI.

I encounter random reboots ..

220 ppi will do on ppi

some minor bugs:
landscape mode nav bar height doesnt do anything...
app name in apexlauncher drawer is is messed up
nav bar/status bar transperancy doesnt work with all apps

for landscape navbar to display correctly try forcing PhoneUI in: Settings > JellyBeer > UIModes  > UIMode and select PhoneUI & reboot - will fix that in the upcoming build. As for apex launcher try setting it at 220DPI. status/navbar transparency issue - that's expected, at least for the time being..

Downloaded and osd great but gapps won't work and it does lag. Also sometimes the keynoard wont show ?!
