Just saw this on Android Central:

So it looks like intel did get the Jelly Bean update built for the medfield chipset, hopefully this means the X900 / OSD should get an update as well?

That's from Motorola though with no guarantee Orange or Xolo will follow suit.
Intel  from a long way back stated that they had employees with OSDs walking around with JB installed, so it's actually been out there for a good while now.

Can't we Port the razr I jb to our osd if Orange doesn't get realesed for it ?

from what I understand not unless we unlock bootloader
