In russian forums of 4pda.ru.
One guy just asked about build numbers of people, who doesn't have inverted (blurred) screen problems! and they all have IMM76L ( no problems)
I have GRK39F and the guy from forums have GRK39F too, both of us have blurred screen problems! Please guys who doesn't have problems with blurred screen just check your build numbers and post here! and those who have problems too!

You have a different display, that's why you are having problems. People with blurred screens have E400G, E400R, etc. not regular E400.

i have GRK39F on stock, then change to IMM76L on CM9. E400 not have that problem... on my thread that i said "i have a blurred screen problem" it's just REPRESENT all my friends who have it. and most of them are E400, not R or G series...

agreed mine is e400 too! without G or F or R
