CM7 doesn't support OC.

Ah I didn't know that. And what are scores without OC?

Maybe CM7 on G300 doesn't support OC, I hade U8500 for a while and I remember it supported overclocking with CM7.

I overclocked it and lost gps, other than that it ran ok. Not sure cm7 needs overclocking though as it appears as fast as stock rom overclocked to 1228.
I got 3384 with antutu however I don't put much faith in benchmark scores as I think lots of things can effect the outcome. This is a fast rom imo.

Nobody has built a CM7 *kernel* that supports overclocking. CM7 does support OC.

I used Semental-gb-1.3 kernel but like I said it broke gps but did clock at 1228 or somethig.
I thought maybe it changed some library files or something. I may put it back on and see if I can see what changed.

here the kernel will only work up to 1200 MHz because it is from Y200

I'm running CM7 on my blade right now, and I must admit it is fast. It usually performs tasks much faster than my G300, even without an overclock. I will always stick with JB on my G300 though, I just love it
