Phone soft reboots when no network

I have a strange problem...
This happens only with the Docomo sim...
The network disappears suddenly even though other phones have and then the phone reboots
Is the 64k sim the issue.. Btw had this even with cm7

What to look for in it...

afaik it used to happen in the stock froyo rom too.. The reason why I switched..
