Hi all just wanted to ask for a bit of help, im thinking of importing a zte u950 from china, they are about £130ish.

but im unsure if the device would work on the 3g network here in the uk, does anyone know if it would ?

UK networks operate on the 1900mhz-2100mhz network, I believe. So yes, it should. Get a 2nd opinion though, just to be sure.

Don't forget you might get hit with customs import duty on it. If not at the time then you might get a letter in the post from them a few weeks later. Happened to me when I imported a camera.

Did you buy your camera from china or usa ?

Ive never had to pay import duties from stuff ive had from china that ive bought of ebay.
But I did buy something from usa once and got stung for import duties :-/
