My power button is dying fast only just managed to get it to work to type this! Will ee replace it on the spot in store if I take it in or send of for repair? I also have dead pixel and touch screen not working every now and again. If repair how long does it take? Thank you chaps

Thanks for getting back to me was not news I was hoping for though, will have to wipe and put original rom back. Can you get refund if still in warranty or will there only be repair option?

PM me - I can help with this, as I can guide you who to contact specifically, as I have just dealt with them this week.

Many thanks :)

Probably repair, but it may take 2-3 weeks

Nope, that's a bluff. Read my other posts from the past week regarding my hairline cracks. I work with certainties, not speculation :)

I certainly wouldn't go into a shop and expect them to change it, they're (half)trained monkeys and will just tell you to phone CS.

Monkeys? That's not a kind thing to say - they're still humans with feelings and they deserve as much respect as you or I, no matter how dismissive or offhand they may be.

Forgiveness is powerful, or you'll end up being bitter and judgemental.

I'm saying that it's unkind to call people monkeys - why do they deserve that? Maybe just thank them and leave with a humble attitude and not one of expectancy and aggression, as you're suggesting we should take on, from your comment. Who do you want to help more - the whining, demanding complainer, or the person who knows when they're getting nowhere but is still gentle and polite to people?

Like I said, "Just couldn't help yourself could you...".

Do me a favour and don't post anything aimed at me, you're a fool and I have no desire to converse with you.

If only Modaco had an "ignore button"...

unfortunately not, my OSD had the same problem as yours, I took it into my local EE store and asked for an on the spot replacement but they insisted on sending it off for repair since I was still in the warrant period, now I have no phone for 2-3 weeks (14 working days)

Call the executive office, they'll sort you out, I've recently done so. Forget "repairs" - it's not even one year old, and should be replaced without question. Can you spell "bluff"?

Crap service not sure why they expect you to manage without a phone for 12 months. My headphones from argos broke on 9 month instant swap..

I can't seem to find the executive office's number, would you be able to provide it?
