Just wondering if its possible to format the internal sdcard to ntfs or create a ntfs partition ?

The reason being is that I tried to copy a 4.5gb file to the phone and realised ntfs only supports file sizes over 4gb

I think you meant only NTFS supports files > 4Gb?

Can you imagine how quickly our hard disks would fill up, if it only allowed files greater than 4Gb? ^_^
