There is another app you can try i think it was on here. I'll try find it on here and post the link. Baseband 2030 is ICS i think... Remember to enable debugging mode and also unknown sources.

Try this one which was develop by XDA so credit goes to them!

Don't unlock the boot loader just use the rooting button!

If I remember right on B952 there was not enough room left on the system partition to root but a fix was found.

If you can't find it flash a older version of ICS and root then flash what ever u like through CWM.

Or try delete files / hidden files before trying 2 root.

Try searching and you will get you're answer. J

Mine is B940

Deleted virtually everything off internal drive (99% free = 2gb+)

Still says not enough space on device

Seems B940 is too big to be rooted - Strange that a total novice like me has to discover this

Can anyone point me towards any temporary rom that i can install without rooting, then i can root, and then install a custom rom?

I have rooted B940 before...

Have you tried turning fast boot off?

Tried them all - Fast boot is off

Error is still no space on device

Ill need to install an old rom via SD card, then root, then install custom rom

Any Ideas which rom I could install without being rooted

You could go up to B952 no need to be rooted. I would use a middle file though.

B952 is the newest ROM out. So not an old ROM!
