My 5 yr old kid put the top end of Mt in his mouth for a few seconds before removing it. After that it has lost complete touch sensitivity. The phone can boot fine, but no touch :(

Unfortunately it just went out of warrenty last month.

My guess is digitizer going bad. Can anybody throw some light? Acer support in India is not even answering. The only authorised service center in India not contactable either :(

Thanks in advance

I can say to you that my MT take the rain 2 times, and both times e work perfectly but touch don't! I don't know how much is wet your phone, but I turned off the phone opened, token off the battery and the sim, let it there a night, and at the morning I restarted the phone, which worked perfectly! I don't know if this can help you, but I hope it will! Sorry for my English!

Where do u live in India ...... The Acer Service centre near my area works just fine :D

Liquid MT has capacitive touch, exposing it to moisture causes the capacitance to decrease and the phone cant find find ur finger on the screen. try soaking it in rice for a night :)
