Has anyone managed to connect a hudl to Eclipse/ADT on Windows7 ?

I've got the latest ADT (22.x) and a new install of MPT USB drivers.

The file explorer can see it file when plugged in and access the hudl files but I can't get ADT to see the hudl as an android device for running an app.  I've run monitor.bat and it sees nothing.

I have enabled USB in developer tools on the hudl (which triggered the first MPT USB install).
