U8230 Dead... Please help!

Hi All..
My Huawei U8230 is dead, it had an official old rom installed then I updated to official RedBull Mobile RBM2 ROM, which was working fine. My younger brother interfered with its recovery or something and it restarted, doesn't go past initial android setup screens. (Can't press next).

I tried to look for its official roms everywhere over the internet... majority of the links are down, even Huawei's official site has roms no more :(

I've tried all kinds of roms still available on net... they all fail in Step 2/2 of the firmware upgrade mode (Vol UP + End + Menu + Power).

I contacted Huawei UK, they say the phone was purchased from Telia Denmark and was locked. I had purchased it in an unlocked state. Huawei UK says the original rom which was installed on the phone was (image attached with the message). Huawei UK doesn't have it.

I can't find this rom anywhere over the internet.

Can anyone upload and share the link? I need help to resurrect the phone.

Please help me, otherwise this phone will be a brick, will be treated as a paperweight.
