You're allready know that djfnz made the first ROM and the first MIUI V5 port for Blade V.

So i don't have much more to say , everything helpfull , you can find it in his thread.

Changes to kernel , through cygwin's options ( unsecured boot.img , busybox run parts support , edited default.prop , etc.. )

Updated egl drivers and libs.

Modified , framework-ext.jar to disable scrolling cache

Deleted only a few apps

Deleted all useless folders and files

Swapped sd cards ( external is primary, internal is secondary ).

INSTALLATION procedure ( for UPDATE's zip ).

1. Put the MIbladeUI V5 update 4.6.20__4.6.27.zip to your sd card.

2. Turn off the phone , and get into CWM recovery.

3. Advanced / reboot recovery

4. Wipe cache partition

5. Advanced / wipe dalvik cache

6. Install zip / choose zip from external sd / ... choose the MIbladeUI_V5_update_4.6.20__4.6.27.zip

7. Let the Update installation finish and reboot your phone.

Enjoy your updated ROM ...

INSTALLATION procedure for Full Rom.

Put the .zip of the rom in your sd card

Enter CWM recovery

Advanced / reboot recovery

Wipe data factory reset

Wipe cache partition

Advanced / wipe dalvik cache

Mounts and storage / format system

Install zip from sd card / choose zip from external sd card / ... choose MIbladeUI_V5-4.6.20_Multilang.zip

Let the installation finish

First boot will take 4-5 min

Enjoy , MIbladeUI V5

TIP

Open setcpu , choose min frequency 320 or 480 and governor performance , set on boot .... and feel the smoothness

Try also , min 320-480 with governor interactive , set on boot and it goes really well also.

I made a lot of changes to this rom last days , it seems stable for everyday use.

Rom will be updated tomorrow , to latest version 4.6.6

I'm still testing and changing some files in the ROM , i own Blade V just a month , hope it will be better in future.

I notice today also , that it goes better by deleting the "s97ramscript" inside , system/etc/init.d folder , try it.

I think that i must make also an OTA update .zip , it will be better than flashing the whole ROM .

The whole rom it will be better to flash it with full wipes and format system.

Installation

Follow procedure at first post.

You can also update the rom by wiping only cache and dalvik cache.

Port is Stable now , i don't think that needs more things , so next week i will make an OTA update along with whole rom.

Fm radio's volume goes until middle , you're right, but as i see it's miui's bug, hope it will be solved in future ... anyway it's not a major bug, fm radio works but not too loud.

I'm sorry but i never use antivirus on android and i will never use antivirus on any android device , cause there is no reason to use it on android.

If you want to use antivirus on your phone then you can flash another rom, do not flash Jellyblade V or MIbladeUI V5 again , it's soooo easy if you're afraid of trojans or anything else.

Luckily i don't use antivirus on smartphones or tablets and none of my android devices ever affected of anything .... the same with all of my friends devices , i always told them to , DO NOT use antivirus and all of us we're still lucky so many years.

Hope i will stay lucky, cause i will never gonna use such a crappy apk on my phone.

Oh , sorry , misunderstanding...

Your antivirus has the problem , is too sensitive maybe .

On my pc , or other laptop that i try , it doesn't detect anything.

Anyway , it's your choise to download it or not .

For me , no virus problems in the .zip

I wish i knew about kernels , but unfortunately i don't know much.

But i'm testing a new kernel last 20 hours , i didn't do much things ( as i said before , i can make changes only through cygwin's options ).

So , i changed the ramdisk with the ramdisk of N909 and it seems it goes really well without problems , if it all goes well i will release it with the next's week Miui update.

Tomorrow this rom will be changed ...
Along with the 4.6.20 update , the rom will be Multilanguage , and after this Rom , i will be release only OTA updates every week.
