Guest StuAff Posted July 28, 2014 Report Share Posted July 28, 2014 A quick query- I was running 4.4.2 (Tesco build version) but reverted the phone to 4.3 (UK retail) after suffering repeated network drops, including mid-call. Rooted the phone afterwards, though I don't think that makes a difference. When I do an OTA update check it's still showing 4.4.2 as the update option. Guest mifran Posted July 29, 2014 Report Share Posted July 29, 2014 I received the ota update notification while i was away from wifi and tried to do it over 3g which failed and now the update is not available I even downloaded the motorola device manager but this also says that 4.4.2 is the latest firmware available. How can i get this update my wife has updated hers and the only difference between our moto g's is that I got mine from the O2 shop and hers was from phones4u on the O2 network Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
