This is for XT1068 Dual Sim  RETAIL for ALL Markets (Universal) Android 4.4.4

Step 1) Phone must have USB debugging enabled and RSA key Allowed
may work with locked Boot loader (?) only tried on unlocked boot loader

Download one of these Packages A or B

XT1068 Retail ALL Dual SIm

A) Firmware KXB21.85.14 (earliest version) http://www.mediafire.com/download/i7...4+EARLIEST.zip (v1.1)

B) Firmware KXB21.85.27 (latest version) http://www.mediafire.com/download/zz...-27+LATEST.zip (v1.1)

Step 2)

Extract the .zip to a location on your PC/Laptop you can easily access

Step 3)

Plug your Moto G 2014 into your computer via USB cable, It DOES NOT need to be in Boot loader mode

***Make sure all the proper device drivers are installed***

Step 4)

In the extracted folder, find a file called "Auto Restore Script" and click it (It is a Windows batch file)

Step 5)

wait for script to finish and then phone reboots, hopefully your Moto G 2014 XT1068 will be restored to stock android 4.4.4

Just like the previous caller I messed my phone up really badly and couldn't fix it despite following lots of advice online. Having spent hours struggling with it I followed your instructions and it fixed the phone in minutes. Many thanks, all the best Paul
