Okay. First things first... Did you follow the instructions exactly as given in the first post? That means, that you not only gave it a factory reset, but also formated the /system partition (It's in the advanced menu)? Without formating the /system partition, would confuse whatever you had in the last install with what you are trying to install now. It's not so important if you try upgrading from a previous version of CM11 (dirty flashing), but it IS important if you came from an older version (CM10.x or another custom ROM or even stock ROM). Since it looks as though you've gone and flashed a couple versions now, then failing to format the /system partition would have well and truly garbled the /system partition.

If you're certain that you have formated the system partition, then your NAND chip may be corrupted, and that would be bad. That would mean having to use your SDCard to install your ROM to, and that's just not something I can advise you doing...

I hope you're one of the many that missed the format of /system partition. Let us know how you went...

Edit: I have to tell you, that CM11 needs the latest ClockworkMod recovery installed, which was made specifically for this purpose! You might (I have anyway) manage to install older ROMs with the newest recovery, but you won't be able to install CM11 without much luck... CWM 6.0.4.9... You have it?

Hi once again. So... I had the STOCK ROM (Serbian - VIP - Android 4.0.4) and i installed CWM. Then i downloaded the CYANOGENMOD 11 and GAPPS and copy it on the SD card. After that i reboot the phone on CWM. I wipe everything (wipe data... casche... dalvik casche and i FORMAT/system. After that i flashed succesufully the ROM and GAPPS. Then when i press reboot system the phone reboot normally but it automaticly enter in CWM (even if i remove and back again the battery in the phone). I checked the volume buttons may be broken ro something (stucked) but NO, i can navigate in CWM normally. I also tryed with another CUSTOM ROM, but no lucky  :( . Also i didn't format/system partition (i think so...) i do not remember...       What about to i flash back the STOCK RECOVERY click and install the STOCK ROM for my country?

Please give me an advice.  :(       Sorry for my grammar mistakes.  :)

Edit:          Do i need to format/system partition?

Right. Got that part.

... and i installed CWM. Then i downloaded the CYANOGENMOD 11 and GAPPS and copy it on the SD card.

So far so good.

I wipe everything (wipe data... casche... dalvik casche and i FORMAT/system. After that i flashed succesufully the ROM and GAPPS.

Ok. Normally it would work now. But...

 Also i didn't format/system partition (i think so...) i do not remember...

I thought you said you did it... But I gave you a wrong direction, sorry:

Did you follow the instructions exactly as given in the first post? That means, that you not only gave it a factory reset, but also formated the /system partition (It's in the advanced menu - This is incorrect! It's in mounts and storage menu! Sorry!)? Without formating the /system partition, would confuse whatever you had in the last install with what you are trying to install now. It's not so important if you try upgrading from a previous version of CM11 (dirty flashing), but it IS important if you came from an older version (CM10.x or another custom ROM or even stock ROM (That's you!).

Edit:          Do i need to format/system partition?

Because you came from a stock ROM, yes. Absolutely.

What about to i flash back the STOCK RECOVERY click and install the STOCK ROM for my country?

Only if this doesn't work, but it is harder to install stock recovery from ADB in CWM. You'd have to try fastboot mode then, really. I just hope you don't need to!

Just make sure that you format that /system partition.

So... I should now wipe everything (data... Cashe.... Dalvik) and to FORMAT/SYSTEM PARTITION? Partition? Right? No FORMAT/SYSTEM? and after that to flash basically ROM and GAPPS (which ROM? CM 11? CM10?). And after that the phone will reboot normally and finally see the bootup animation?

1) Wipe Data/Factory Reset

2) Mounts and storage --> format /system

3) Flash ROM & Gapps

4) Reboot.

If Recovery Version says CWM-based Recovery v6.0.4.9, then CM11, if older, then CM10. Good luck.

Sorry, my fault... Yes i did FORMAT/SYSTEM (if this mean ''system partition'')

Try again. If it doesn't work, then you're going to need to go back to Stock ROM. Ouch.
