We do not have Switzerland in the main Settings Repository at the moment so the ones you found may not be correct.

Basically the settings are not device depedant so when you do get the correct ones they will work on any device.

this is the real WIND ITALIAN Configuration for spv e100.

for spv e200 and later tries to www.155.it, where there are the configuration pdf for all spv qtek:

this configuration can be used also with TIM and Vodafone ITALIA

just change wind parametres with tim and Vodafone that you can find calling the 119 ( www.tim.it ) or going www.vodafone.it ...

Programmi --> Impostazioni --> Conn Dati --> Menu --> Modifica Conn -->

Configurazioni MMS di TIM:

Nome utente: vuoto

Richiesta Password: No

Autenticazione: Normale

Protezione connessione: No

Modalita sessione: Permanente

Nome punto di accesso: mms.tim.it

Indirizzo IP: 213.230.130.89

Homepage: http://mms.tim.it/servlets/mms

- Programmi, impostazioni, connessione dati

- Su connessione internet, mettere AUTOMATICO

- Premere MENU, modifica connessioni

- Scegliere CONNESSIONI GPRS

- Eliminare tutte quelle ORANGE presenti premendo MENU - ELIMINA

- Creare una connessione con MENU - AGGIUNGI

- Nome: WIND GPRS

- Si connette a: INTERNET

- Punto di accesso: internet.wind

Il resto tutto vuoto e alla fine premere CHIUDI.

Seguendo lo stesso procedimento, crearne un'altra chiamata WIND MMS GPRS

- Su connessione internet, mettere adesso ORANGE MMS

- Punto di accesso: mms.wind

Il resto tutto vuoto pure qui.

Adesso le connessioni sono a posto. Tornare alla home page, premere programmi, accessori, MMS Setup.

- Sulla prima riga selezionare WIND MMS GPRS (connessione appena creata)

- IP: 212.245.244.11

- Port:9201

- Mmsc Address: http://mms.wind.it

- Message Expiry: MAX

- Deselezionare le tre altre opzioni

- MMD Download: AUTO

I just found out about the problem: The SIM card seems to be too old for the phone, that's why the connections don't work.

I thought I missed some important point because of the new menu structure in WM5.

Settings - Accessories - MMS setup

First field: Optus MMS

IP: 61.88.190.10

Port: 9201

Mmsc Address: http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002

Optus have just given me new DNS settings they are 202.139.124.225 with no secondary.

This link should allow you to setup VF ireland using either GPRS internet or GPRS wap.

The actual MMS application might be stored somewhere else on your phone.

How to save the settings for the new rom

WhenI have given information once everything is ok, but when it loads the new rom but the new re-enter. How to be filed, determined. cab file? Would not need to re-enter.
