Guest funkmaster Posted April 25, 2003 Report Share Posted April 25, 2003 I'd been putting off payin my bill for a while now.. got the old 7 day warning about a week ago now.. last night i decided to give in and pay the thing over the phone.. all of a sudden today i get a sms sayin "Sim Update" and thinking it was a genuine update, i turn off the phone and back on.. turn it back on, didnt pay too much attention... later on i decided that i fancied a game of snakes.. however i notice the G has gone.. i think ah well GPRS aint working.. but no..think again funkmaster! i tried to call my answerphone but all i got was "I'm sorry but calls from this number are barred". I'm now thinking, why didnt i pay my bill earlier?! i give them a bell on my brothers orange mobile (who keeps his bills upto date!) and they try to tell me ive not made a payment.. however best thing to do is wait till the morning.. I can recieve calls / sms no probs.. its making / sending them which is the issue. Ah well.. wot can you do..! I blame CPW as they took my direct debit details off me, but didnt pass it onto orange!
