Precisely: There was a bug that was causing PocketTV to think is was not allowed to open files when it was started for the first time (i.e. within the 7-day grace period for registration), so opening a file using a file explorer would not work, until you would 1) register PocketTV *and* 2) exit and restart PocketTV. Now this problem is fixed, i.e. as soon as you start PocketTV for the first time, you can open and play MPEG files with it.
