Guest unclelimey
Just bought Smart solitaire for my spv ... i found it at smartphone.net (i think they have it at handango too) and i have to say it rules.. i downloaded the demo first, it is an unlimited version of the solitaire that comes with the phone originally... only much better, more user friendly.... even if you dont buy the game, i recommend the demo, replaces the crap solitaire on the phone... i think eveyone should at least have the demo, it is unlimited and you wouldnt even know it was a demo. i bought the whole game, and there are loads of different types of solitaire... some i aint even heard of. top stuff... i also just bought toki tori, that rules too
Guest Tosh
Have downloaded the demo - excellent. Everyone should try this - its the best solitaire I've found so far. Unlimited use - no catches? There must be! Download from http://smartphone.net/software_detail.asp?...id=96&updated=0 Tony

Guest Martin@Home
Looks good... $19.95 is a bit bloody steep though for the full game  PS Cracking avatar Tsoh :) :(

Guest Tosh
Everything - Better graphics, sound, control and number of options available. Looks as though the number of types of Solitaire available is limited on the demo - just Klondyke 1 & 3 card draw options. Still excellent. Agree the cost of the game is steep. Is it me or are some software titles getting a little pricey of late? Paul any chance......... Tony
Guest Martin@Home
Â (i think they have it at handango too) If its available at handango you can benefit from a 10% discount as a MoDaCo Plus member Isn't that right Paul ??  (he he)
Guest Tosh
Okay - missed that, thanks. But still makes it $18 - £12, alot for a card game dont u think?
Guest Martin@Home
Just installed it now and I agree, it is bloody good ! Certainly better than the one supplied. The full version would have to contain a whole s*** load of extra stuff to justify $19.99 though  My previous post was more of a piss take than anything else... I'm just suprised Paul didn't get there first... U ok Paul ?

Guest noeldillabough
I should be releasing an update by the end of this weekend with about 130 different solitaire games in it. I made the trial nag free so everyone can replace the crappy solitaire game built into the phone. Price is based on my policy of unlimited lifetime updates, and the fact that the trial is free so only people who love solitaire will buy it. Any solitaire fan should let me know what their favorite solitaire game is and I'll put it in... -Noel
Guest
Noel mailed me a link here: http://www.mud.ca/soli/rules.html Which contains rules for all the games. Thought it might be useful to anyone buying it or thinking about it. The only suggestion I've got is that it would be nice to have the instructions for each game within the software. - Dan

Guest mashkhan
Personally I prefer the controls on the existing game of solitaire. My fast completion time was 1:36, if we could have an option to use those controls on this version it would be great.
Guest James
1:36! WOW THATS FAST! guiness book of records?
Guest mashkhan
To be honest with you I was a bit jammie, when I first start playing I usually just keep pressing up until the cards stop moving. When I played this round most of my cards had already been sorted. I usually average about 2 minutes. I find it faster than the PC version. Guest noeldillabough
The hotkeys still work in Smart Solitaire; for example hit '1' to select column 1, hit * then 1 for reserve 1, hit # for waste pile, soft1 for draw etc. Once you play it a while you can go pretty fast  (yes I have been playing way too much solitaire lately!) With autoplay on and a lucky hand you could finish real fast! Here's the help for the game: http://www.mud.ca/smartsoli/help.html Oh and for the requester of Cruel I'll add the game for you. I like Cruel myself. -Noel
Guest Tosh
Okay, said I wouldn't - but I have! Regardless of the cost had to have this game - it's so good. So bought it and am awaiting the registration key. Can I ask Neil - how you will distribute updates, on the web site or what? Tony

Guest ricmoo2003
I am a Tri Peaks addict, please add this game and i will definately buy it.. Excellant solitaire though
Guest Tosh
Ok bought the full version, and after a slight hiccup with the registration, spent most of the night playing the various versions. What can I say, this really must be the definitive collection of card games - and it promises to get even better. Noel intends to build on the already great suite of games - with updates already on route. It's not cheap - but quality never is. Tony
Guest noeldillabough
Updates will be put on the website; registered users simply download the new version and put in their key. Next update I'll put in Tri-Peaks...I've definately been addicted to that one before! I'll also add a bunch of Canfield type games for fans of them. Oh and I get emails asking what the catch is for the demo version. There's no catch - I made Klondike and Klondike by Threes (standard windows solitaire) free. They're a great replacement for the one built into the smartphone and I think a nice way to show the demo without having to nag people to register (I hate that). There are no time limits, no nag screens, nothing. I've been told there are about 60,000 smartphones out there; It would be awesome if 60,000 people downloaded this game
