I've not yet tried the bluetooth so I'm a bit worried on that issue but the rest of the compaints don't affect me. I purchased an unlocked version straight from orange and am using it over t-mobile. It works fine and with sync every 15 mins + plenty of mp3 playing I get an entire day of battery life without fail.
