MPX200 forensics or disaster recovery

Anyone know how to do a bit-stream backup (or image) of an mpx200? Is it the same as imaging a Windows CE device, which you can do with software from Paraben? Or I wonder if there is someway to use dd or pdd(linux) to do it. Being able to image this device would beneficial to be for disaster recovery purposes. Maybe this question is better suited for a forensics list, but I thought I would pose it here to see.
