From what ive read, its the same build as the at&t ROM (and orange ROM i assume). For at&t phones, it removes all branding and adds MMS and the 900mhz band that was left out of the at&t build. If you want any more information, its all on mpx200.org. I'd post a link but the user who found it requests that it not be linked.
