But to add I read somewhere else from someone who works at a battery factory and they actualy recommended charging the phone all the time and giving it the odd complete discharge. So I modded my cradle and from 9-5 (mon 0 fri) my phone is on charge and I can go all day (sat/sun) and only loose 2 bars.
