Guest pclarky
I have this same issue, it's blocking me from going into nearly all of my settings, including Regional Settings. If I try and perform a windows update I'm informed there's a problem "check connection settings and ensure device date and time are correct". Anyway of fixing this without a hard reset? Thanks in advance. Hi, Try changing the time format from point to slash format.
