When connected to Activesync over usb or bluetooth you should find that using Internet explorer to visit websites will work WITHOUT dialing up GPRS. If it doesn't work check in Activesync options on your desktop to ensure pass through is enabled (although this option seems to have been removed from Activesync 4.x). If you're unlucky like me you may find your firewall occasionally tries to prevent pass through from working :?: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Tech Posted December 1, 2005 Report Share Posted December 1, 2005 actually to make it work for activesync v4.x simply active sync from the phone and make sure the data connections are set to "my computer connect to the internet" and select the pass through option it works fine :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
