You could ask the software companies for upgrades but I suspect you'll get not a lot of joy, unless they have some weird licensing arrangement with you, without paying. It's a different operating system, much the same as you can't buy a piece of Mac software and throw it onto a PC (YES I KNOW, Wine, VMWare etc, don't bloody start...!) Your GPS stuff is hardware, so if you have problems with that as regards integrating it with a new handset, I'd never buy anything from that company ever again!
