Guest Zim Posted October 23, 2006 Report Share Posted October 23, 2006 Well i did have a feeling about this a few years back when i synced a phone with my laptop, and what i found out is that all the users appointments, bithdays [wifes, parents, mates] all in my outlook. how did this happen? the phone was hard resetted when i got it.. anyway that was kinda my intro to this article i found Your Phone may tell on you makes good reading if you got some time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I recall hearing of Orange shipping out Care replacements with the last users data still visible - they didn't even reset them, let alone "wipe" them. So what's the best policy? - I've got to do a bunch of old WM handsets very soon.
