I never get past this point. How do I do a hard reset to default the phone with out being able to get into the telephone. Active sync still works and I can see my files. With the unit powered off, press and hold the rocker-up key while pressing the power key long enough for the unit to begin powering up (keep holding the rocker-up key until the screen changes).
