Re-sync after change of outlook profile

Hi

I need to chnage my outlook profile as this has become corrupted. I have set up a new profile as a test, but my pocket pc will no longer sync with it as it is not recognised. I could just set up a new partnership but I am worried about all the informaiton currently on the phone being duplicated with a new set fo teh same info from the new outlook profile, or worse, all info being deleted from both outlook and the pocket pc. Can anyone reassure me?

I am running Outlook 2003 SP2, Activesync 4.5.0 and WM5 on a QTek 9100
