Installed SRS WOW HD, and restart the phone, now permanently blocked phone can not load Windows Mobile, can not be associated with ACTIV SYNC, what should I do? Guest tobbbie Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 You will have to hard-reset the device. This will make you loose all data on the phone - but gives you back control. To do so: - switch off the phone - press and hold left + right Softkey (the two below the display) - switch on the device, keeping above pushed down Confirm the data erasure - wait..... that's it bye tobbbie :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
