I have finished the initial test for the new ROM build 21210.

I decided to leave everything there in the new ROM.

The 4-in-1 ROM will have about 78 MB free storage memory. To minimize the ROM I can remove some programs:

1. Opera

2. VoIP

3. HTC Taskmanager

4. Online widgets (CNN, weather, google, money, more widgets)

These applications can be installed by CAB if you really want to use them. Any idea?

Very good the idea from cabs. But de diference between 4in1 for 3in1 is only the widgets correct? Then make a cab ready for those who want the 4in1 and make only 3in1 which apparently consumes much less resources. Personally I do not use MSN Weather, MSN Money, the help is not necessary because it is not yet a final version, Media album has the Manager HTC Album. Only let the original themes are beautiful and make them look good.

I personally would use all applications mentioned as to-be-removed. All of them are must-have apps - at least for me (excluding VoIP, because I usually use Skype).

So I recommend NOT to remove any of them!

I would also vote for 3-in-1 with cab for widgets.

Maybe I would only keep opera , although I have preference for build 15233 wich I would finally install by cab.

3-in-1 is a good idea! (If you make the rom without opera what would be the explorer in m2d?)

Khuanchai, speaking about M2d, would you please tell me how did you manage to make that bookmarks in opera gets automatically added to m2d in the actual 3-in1 ? I changed the version of opera (apologize!) and lost that! Maybe changing the location of cache or wherever the bookmarks are stored?
