hi, i am a user of i900 from hong kong,

i am currently using pdhee 's rom ,it is nice,

i think i will only flash another rom until pdhee's latest rom released ;)

the only problem i find that is, i cant type chinese ,and read chinese.

can someone give any advised for me?

How can I add the comm manager to the easy today launcher? I installed it separately and i would like to see that icon on my hometab also. I know i have to choose from the list of programs, but the comm manager is just not there. :S

Hi Everyone,

I've been using Pdhee's M2dv2 ROMs for sometime now and really love it, however i have an issue with one of the programs I use on it and would really appreciate if someone can help out.

The name of the program is called Hourly Chime and it is meant to chime or say the time every hour. It works fine as long as the phone has not gone into sleep mode, but once the phone is in sleep mode, it will not say the time again until the phone comes out of sleep mode again. I've used this program on OCK's and Ryrzy's ROMs and I never experience this issue, it is only in Pdhee's ROM that this issue occurs.

Please what could be responsible for this and what must I do to resolve it. Please help. :)

But for the chinese input u need to change the setting to use both English and chinese keyboard....

Don't waste your time trying to get operator settings to work on the roms, to be honest I have never seen it working in any Rom for Ireland. Just install ADC and that will give you internet connection

Solved!

I read that i have to copy CommManager.exe from Windows root to Windows/Start Menu/Tools and than it's visible in the easy today launcher, but the text isn't visible in this case. So I copied CommManagerLink.exe and it's working like a charm. :)

Actually you don't need paste to Windows/Start Menu/... eny .exe files, .lnk file is enough. Just don't Copy/Paste but Copy/Paste shortcut, and it will work even with CommManager.exe and any .exe file

If smb. will tell me how to change an icon for link file I will be very appreciate.
