can "uptodate" be installed and run on android?

hi guys,

i am a winmob user and never used an android device. also i m much clueless about all the hifi technical stuff.

there is a very important application called "uptodate" that i use on my omnia2. ( pls see this link, https://www.uptodate.com/home/about/index.html )

my queries are, can this application be installed and used on a android device?

and what are the advantages of android over winmob? / can the same stuff i do on winmob be done on android too?

sorry for my ignorance, but, i work in a different field and never had to come across these before.
