What do you want in a custom ROM?

1st thing first a fully working rom, latest su from xda developers remove pink. Thats all i would like

Remove the painfully slow branded boot up logo, Fix the woeful bluetooth connectivity issues, Use a launcher pro esque style launcher with the slick dockbar and incredibly fast and smooth menus. Password protection Apps/files - This is important as many people may have important files they want to lockdown

Is it possible to include a custom keyboard within the ROM, such as shapewriter? If so implement it.

I dont know if any of my suggestions are possible to implement but nevertheless, these are the things i would like included

my rom so far have su, a2sd, busybox, no-pink (using blue instead as much as posible), launcher pro, few paid apps, custom bootanimation, htc_ime keyboard for qvga devices (works wonderfull).

im not releasing it coz its for personal use, have few paid apps (wont share them coz thats illegal), have nasty gallery app Force closes (tryed over 15 diferent apps, aiming for default like gallery coz the 3D-nexus-like is slow as hell).

maybe if i find time to remove all personal stuff i will publish it for general use.

side note: my moto is: if its working properly, leave it as it is. so wont update SU, a2sd and other apps just coz there are new versions.
