The missed call/sms notifcations are "SMS Unread Count" from the market. Using icons I got from XDA Developers. The wifi/silent/airplane mode are all from "WidgetSoid" from the market. Using the default icons, with 100% transparency, no seperator, no indicator, white icon. The clock is "gTabiMiClock". The battery status is "Battstat". The custom slider for Widgetlocker is from XDA Developers and is called "Light". I got it from this HUGGGGEEE thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=968613 The batman wallpaper is from "Zedge". Except, using Widgetlocker, Ive offset it to the right, rather than centred. It was getting the offsetting and the matching white icons that took the time.
