You must choose it from the settings menu of S2U2. In the settings, i dont know wich tab, you can choose to use windows lockscreen in stead of s2u2. I dont use s2u2, but i think so, have you tried it? Maybe you must disable that, because s2u2 must not replace the system lock. Did you try to enable end key: Start------> Settings------> Personal--------> Buttons tab and select End Key and Lock Device????
