Guest Toods
I try not to get too wound up by the battery drain issues, but since this topic has been raised again, I will add something to the discussion in case it helps. I am using the SEJ's 'KANG-26jan' build. It obviously has the 'older' kernel. Recently we went for a week holiday and I put the phone in 'airplane' mode as I would not be using that particular phone. When I got back home and looked in 'About Phone>Battery Use' I noticed that after about 6 days something triggered the phone to go solid blue bar on 'Wifi', 'Awake' and 'Screen On'. Very puzzling. I could find nothing in 'betterbatterystats' to help me find out the cause. Bill.
Guest targetbsp
Getting 10+ reboots a day with the new RC1 :'( Fix? if you;re overclocked, lower it slightly. I had to go one lower speed on my overclock with the new kernel.

Guest kingpair
so tom_g's fix fixed the cpu spy problem or not then? i don't understand the problem as i don't use that app. The CPU spy problem has been fixed. It just shows that the phone isn't sleeping. Normally with the screen off you should get a reading around 80 to 90 percent. This rom has the phone hovering at the 122mhz frequency when the screen is off and isn't able to make the transition to deep sleep.
