Guest Karon
I think that you didn't realize but you actually use the new Acer UI. Don't you have Breeze style notifications ? Don't you have the Breeze launcher and lockscreen ? The new Acer UI is lighter, and I prefer it this way, it's really nice, but they removed (for the moment ?) the option to switch to pure Android. No, I actually do not have any of them. At first I thought something like you: The UI "feeled" like before, except some new effects, button styles and a changed color theme, but maybe Acer just sort of copied the Androi-UI. So far so good. But the moment I saw the screenshots of Breeze somewhere at the beginning of this thread, I knew that it was the standard Andoid UI look. No doubt on that. So if they removed the switch-option, there is probably no way to change it. Or am I mistaken? Is there anything like a "command line" that could be used for switching? Or is it possible to revert to Andoid 2.2, change the UI to breeze and update to 2.3.3 again without losing my data, apps, etc.? Thx for your help!
