Guest scotth324 Posted May 8, 2011 Report Share Posted May 8, 2011 Hi there. I just got a new Liquid MT from Rogers and whenever I'm on the phone I can barely hear those who I am talking to. Wondering if this is a common problem or not. I tried to update to the newest 2.2 on the Acer site but it will not update the firmware due to the phone having this build number Acer_LiquidMetal_1.100.08_PA_ROGERS. I'd like to figure out how to get the newest firmware on the phone to see if it will help with the extremely low volume. And yes it was turned up to max. Guest scotth324 Posted May 14, 2011 Report Share Posted May 14, 2011 I turned the Dolby Digital off but it is still very low and I have to have the hearing aid setting on in order to hear people.
