Guest Racerboy Posted September 15, 2011 Report Share Posted September 15, 2011 hi i`m from the Racer part of the this forum, would their be a chance of porting it for the Racer when you finish it for the Skate or is that just impossible? i know the lack of ram, processor speed MAYBE an issue but hey if i dont ask we`ll never know.... It's possible but unlikely - the graphics in MIUI are HDPI but the Racer is an MDPI device... That, more than processor, would cause a problem. You could try it - it would be easier as well since you actually have the device. Meanwhile, keeping my ears and eyes open for anything new on the Skate horizon, I think it's a slow burn right now, but the Blade started the same way. You're correct - a MIUI port for the armv6 chipset is going to fry your gray cells long before you realize you're running out of 'em... and make hairs grow in places you never thought of!
