ocirnes 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 Rumours say, ZTE wants to axe about 12.000 jobs in the near future due to a profit collapse. No wonder, when they are just announcing phones and not selling them.. :P http://www.mobilebusinessbriefing.com/articles/zte-warns-of-steep-profit-drop-12-000-job-cuts-rumoured/24593 http://www.mobilenewscwp.co.uk/2012/07/zte-shares-slump-17pc-to-three-year-low-after-profit-warning/
Witcher_Kh 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 (edited) Tomorrow will be some kind of great ZTE release. Waiting. Edited July 17, 2012 by Witcher_Kh
Davidoff59 243 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 don't hold out too much hope. It's been a complete let down since MWC. Probably losing money due to their Kernel handling of the Zte Blade as well as not releasing phones. The grand X was a great upgrade path from the Blade but some got. fed up with no news and went with the G300. They only have themselves to blame for any current predicament. tillaz 2,790 Report post Posted July 18, 2012 what the hell, this phone should have 1GB RAM clocked @1.2Ghz.... i think the specs mentioned above are wrong the Chinese version has the specs i mention above and has been available 3 month now... look here http://www.360buy.co...uct/616988.html if not, then the uk are getting ripped off :( im waiting for the ERA... i have tegra 2, its not that advanced anymore... if the era is £250 i would rather pay a little more for the latest quad core chip. BUT, that could be a long wait...
TouchyAndalou 39 Report post Posted July 19, 2012 I'm interested to hear whether the camera in this is a significant improvement over previous ZTE handsets. I'm hoping to get the Era around December, but I'll be put off if the camera/video recording isn't up to speed.
juno106 1 Report post Posted July 19, 2012 And the price is not that good.It is expensive for 189pounds.If it was around 150,then it would have been nice. And only 512mb RAM?????? It was suppose to be 1GB....ZTE seems to be rubbish. I would go for HUAWEI G300 for only 100 pounds now probably and not that much different in specs. What about ERA,will they release it NEXT SUMMER and claim it is the fastest gaming phone? :D :P
