I got a chinese version of zte skate,which was called zte V960 in china.And I download a orange monte carlo orginal rom from the internet, It's a image.bin rom (T card upgrade rom). So I put this rom in my SD card and flash my phone to a orange monte carlo OS,which is a android 2.3.4 system(OUK_P743TV1.0.0B05), and I got a orange desktop ,and then, I upgrade this 2.3.4 to 2.3.5(OUK_P743TV1.0.0B08) by the zte online upgrade tool software. During my upgrade, I got the rom of OUK_P743TV1.0.0B08 from the zte upgrade tool software. And I don't like some softwares which belong to Orange, so I decided to cook my own rom from the android kitchen. The point is,after I deleted all the softwares'apk which belong to Orange I got a original android 2.3.5 desktop.It's so amazing ! just like Orange only adds some software to change the original desktop to the Orange desktop.
