You can set your maximum CPU frequency in two profiles, and you can switch them with one click. I think it's usefull for strong smartphone user...Web surfing, mail reading don't need 1,5 Ghz with 4 core, but good enought 800 Mhz. Save your battery. Or use for overclock...for gaming and anything you need! The apk do not modify the minimum frequency or the cpu governor.
